      • Barrier is pleased to offer a dedicated Annual Scholarship for Aboriginal / Indigenous Students to attend NAIT's School of Skilled Trades.

    At Barrier, we knew going into our multi-year partnership with NAIT would change lives. The Indigenous Scholarship Award allows for students to have resources and education to better their lives & enable change. We are very proud of this accomplishment, and would like to both congratulate Glenn and wish him all the best moving forward!

    When Barrier entered a multi-year agreement with NAIT on an Indigenous Scholarship, our goals were to

    1. deepening our integrity in meeting Corporate Social Responsibility mandates;
    2. enhancing our public profile within a progressive community of Indigenous students & leaders, and;
    3. becoming a driver of economic reconciliation and supporters of Indigenous education.
